I am Kate, marketing & development consultant at Arcus capital – a holding company in Norwich. I originally come from an Asian emerging market – Vietnam – where I mainly worked in event/ licensed reality show TV production house & digital marketing that offered marketing services towards both SMEs & big corps; domestic & international brands.

In Sep, 2018, I join Sharp Technology Holding Limited (Shenzhen)/ Vietnam Information News Technology Limited (Vietnam) to build and contribute to very first sales strategy and sales team. The product at that time is the very first AI-based information aggregator in Vietnam that targets to app traffic only.

After MBA graduate, in August 2021, I work full time & directly for Arcus Capital Limited, under Managing Director of a Holding company in healthcare sector based in Norwich. My job is varied and diversified from:
- Day-to-day issues of care home management: office setting, care home refurbishment, insurance, recruitment, product & service purchasing for each business unit,
- Digital marketing management for two business units, one in Norwich, one in Kent: build up each care home competence (branding & sales-driven marketing) in the local community
- Digital transformation project management: all digital software SaaS implementation in two care homes: from system configuration with actual demand, training, regular business reviews. Totally 3 SaaS within 2 years.
